Chilton County Disabled American Veterans Chapter 33 in conjunction with Clear Waters Cowboy Church will be holding it's first Heroes and Horses event on Saturday October 14, 2014 at 10 am at Folly Farms in Montevallo, Alabama.
This program is open to veterans with cognitive disorders - especially PTSD who would like to gain some experience with horses with the potential of some riding.
More importantly, it is the goal of this program to give the veterans a place to connect with other veterans who are in similar circumstances.
