Claims Specialist (CSOs) are available Monday - Thursday at the Chilton County Courthouse From 9:30 am to Noon. Please bring your discharge documents and all available medical records from VA Hospitals, Military Hospitals and Civilian Health Care Providers. Also, please bring any documents pertaining to your claim. DAV will provide all necessary forms for processing.
