Chapter 94's office hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 1000 to 1400. Chapter Service Officers are there at those times to assist any veteran, not just DAV Members, with the VA paperwork needed to file an initial claim, an appeal, etc. When you do come in, you must bring ALL the papers you have to support your claim. Don't worry if you don't have any to start, our CSO's are there to help. One thing you must bring on your first visit is your DD214. We are unable to do anything without that piece of paper.
