At this time we have not been informed as to whether there will be an Unaccompanied Burial service at Barrancas for July. I was there today & saw that the new pavilion has been constructed, the old one in the round-about torn down, columbariums mapped out on the footprint of the old pavilion, and veterans or their family members markers extended into the new burial area. This just shows us all that veterans are passing away at a higher rate & WWII vets even higher. Please take the time to contact an older vet to check up on them...it will do you both a world of good!
