DAV Billerica Chapter 47 will host a FREE picnic/cookout for veterans at the Lowell Veterans Community Care Clinic (VCCC) at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. The event will take place outdoors at the Victory Garden & Picnic area near the VCCC entrance. Chapter 47 Comrades are asked to arrive by 11:00 AM to help set-up the grill and serve the food. Uniform: DAV blue polo shirt, black jacket (if needed) and DAV cap or military-style ball cap.
