Department Adjutant Dan Stack conducted installation of Officers in accordance with the laws and rituals of Disabled American Veterans. All officers were duly elected.
Dan also presented Woburn 88 with a Certificate of Appreciation for 2016 DAV Day program at Chelsea Soldier's Home.
