DAV Department of Maryland Commander Charles Clark will be accompanied by Adjutant William Fisher and Department 2nd Junior Vice Commander Mattie Whitfield. During this meeting, Commander Clark will be installing the chapter elected officers. Therefore, please dress appropriately and wear your DAV service cap (hat). All attendees need to wear the proper personal protection equipment while at Joint Base Andrews.
