New process for requesting assistance with CPAP devices

The VA Maryland Health Care System has a new process for requesting assistance with CPAP devices and related services that replaces the services previously offered by Bay View Homecare, Inc. As of September 30, 2022, services with Bay View Homecare for the CPAP program will expire. Please do not contact Bay View after September 30 for assistance with CPAP devices and related services. Please contact the VA Maryland Health Care System CPAP Clinic at (410) 605-7000, ext. 53871, email the CPAP group at VAMHCSCPAPProgram@va.gov, or contact your VA provider through secure messaging in MyHealtheVet for the following support: * For issues with your machine * For issues with your mask due to discomfort, leaking, etc. * For ordering CPAP supplies for the first time
