| | | Finacial aid is available to Michigan veterans with at least 180 days of active duty in a wartime period who were discharged under other than dishonorable conditions to meet sudden, temporary, unforeseen needs. Examples of such need include delay in unemployment benefits or other income, unexpected hospitalization not covered by insurance, finding or keeping shelter, and costs involved with attending family funerals. |
