Chapter 3 member Robert Haas along with Chapter 3 Commander and two other members attended the dedication of DAV's National Memorial to the Disabled Veteran on October 5th.
While at Washington DC Robert was able to meet with Michael F. Welch, the Paralym National Veterans Sports Programs and Special Events at Department of Veterans Affairs.
Robert presented Mr. Welch with a Chapter 3 hockey puck since Robert is also a member of the Ice Sled Hockey Team for Disabled Veterans in Columbus, Ohio.
The puck is currently on display at the VA in Washington DC
