Evan Bain is the son of Army Veteran Troy Bain. Evan is a Sophomore at Ripley High School in West Virginia. Evan is in the band and in high school. He is suffering from some health challenges and the Chapter wanted to provide a scooter for Evan. which allows him to stay active in the band and in school.
The family was very thankful for the donation of the scooter.
