Moyo Mitchell contacted Jim Gunkelman awhile back about a veteran who had contacted the Franklin County Veteran Services who would like a powerchair lift for his 06 Ford Explorer. The veteran Lloyd Mason from Canal Winchester recently received a lift from DAV Chapter 3 which was installed by Rodney Freeman and Jim Gunkelman from Chapter 3. Lloyd was very grateful for the donation of the powerchair lift.
