Motts Military Museum
We are so lucky to have places like this. We have the local veterans museum in Parkersburg, but if you are in the vicinity of Columbus, or want a nice drive for a weekend visit, try to make it to Groveport off St route 33 and visit this museum.

Plan on spending a few hours here at least. There is plenty to see.

Veterans Access, Choice and Accountability Act
We all should at some time soon receive a card in the mail like an insurance card from the VA. Keep this. It is not a fake and YOU SHOULD NOT throw away your VA ID card. This new card is a process recently added to our VA care to cut down on wait times for care. It needs approval from your local VA before you can use the card. READ the directions or check out this web link for more information.

Veterans Museum of Mid Ohio Valley
The Veterans Museum of Mid-Ohio Valley is a not-for-profit association formed by a group of veterans from the Mid-Ohio Valley.

This is a great local attraction that has much to offer.

Camp Legune Contaminated Water
Follow this link for an in depth look at the ongoing status of this situation effecting our veterans and families. See your DAV representative NSO or a VA Doctor if you are in the class of exposed veterans. Get on the registry now, don't wait. Stay tuned, because like Agent Orange, Gulf War and other exposures, the list of related diseases changes with new ones being added as they develop.
