Chapter Service Officers are available for assistance in answering questions about benefits, filing claims, paperwork, or anything related to problems with the VA. These volunteers are trained and certified by the National Service Office in Muskogee. They operate on Tuesdays from 9 AM to Noon, and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.
