Commander Havelka, attached the 2007 2008 Membership Streamer with the help Life Member Floyd C. Coles Jr. and New DAV, VAVS Rep. from the Highland Drive VAMC, Joseph Backers.
Mr. Dick Osmond owner and his wife of Pittsburgh Plating and Lamp Company in Etna, PA. were guest speakers at the event. Every year the DAV Dept. of PA. asks Chapter Commanders who stands apart in achieving our Missions & Goals by serving our causes and overcoming their disabilities.  Code' will reach a 10,000 hrs. of volunteering his time and energy very shortly.
