Comrades, this Sunday Valentine's Day there will be no Reunion meeting for Chapter 13 in Patillas. It is with deep regrets, that our Brother Valentine Torres Guadinaud "ChaChan" has passed away. ChaChan was a Korea War Veteran and served as DAV Chapter 13 Patillas Sergeant of Arms. Thank you our Brother for Defending Freedom and May you Rest In Peace.
