Our Chapter Service Officers advise, instruct, and counsel claimants and provide assistance in preparation of VA claims for various benefits which claimant may be entitled. When an inquiry is taken or after appropriate forms are properly completed and signed, application is then forwarded to the DAV National Service Office in San Antonio for review and submission to regional VA Benefits Administration (VBA).
