Chapter 14 members of the Utah DAV listen to Jim Matheson, 7 term Utah Congressman from the 4th congressional district, spoke to DAV members attending the 2013 state convention on what initiatives he supports concerning veterans of the United States armed forces. Chapter 14 wants to thank him for his time and support of the disabled veterans of Utah.
