areas. Drivers will determine all pickup points in Boise and the Nampa\Caldwell areas. Must call one

DAV Van Service for Eastern Idaho
Salt lake City VAMC from Idaho Falls, Pocatello and surrounding area-Area Coordinator Patrick
Kelleher: 800-613-4012 Ext 2003 call 48 hours in advance. This Van runs every other day.
