A letter was recently sent out to all DAV Chapters to STOP processing ODVA Emergency Grants. This was a directive by the DAV NSO Office.
Dept. HQ has now been informed by the DAV NSO Office that the Chapter CSO's may RESUME processing ODVA Grant.
