Remember that the LVAP Form change to an exel form, please fill it out following the instructions, put all the volunteers from your chapter on it, new volunteers please change the font color to red for that month only, on location is 5500 and your chapter number, if you need help please contact Heriberto Altreche from chapter 21 that he can help you.
