North Dakota State University College of Business is conducting a funded research study to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution of veteran benefits in both a county and regional structure. Director Claussen would is asking for your assistances in conducting this study in order to determine if one structure provides more effective and/or efficient services.
Director Claussen would like to encourage as many veterans as possible to partake in this study. Veteran’s voices are critical to the Universities understanding of the information veterans receive about their benefits and the services they receive.
Veterans are pleased asked to complete the assessment at the link below. It will only take you approximately 15 minutes of your time to complete. All of your responses will be maintained with the strictest of confidence. The data will only be shared in summary format.
